Allow exporting the keymap directly from Settings | Keymap

After having installed the plugin for the first time, I went to Settings | Keymap and wondered why there was no Export or Print button. I had to read the documentation to find out that this plugin is available in the Help menu. The action should be available from Settings | Keymap as well.
