Now that everything has been merged on this branch and updated with the current 2.9 version, we can merge this PR and continue our progress on the release [PR](https://github.com/meteor/blaze/pull/387).

Just publish version 3.0.0 for this package https://github.com/Meteor-Community-Packages/meteor-mocha/pull/155
