Do you see other packages in `winget list` that could account for the difference? I'm wondering if it's related to another source.

@cdhunt we're working on something similar internally to help with "ensuring" the latest stable release is installed. I'm mentioning @lechacon who is looking at this.

Users can still "uninstall" packages regardless of how they were installed. It's also possible for a user to install a version with the Windows Package Manager, and then upgrade/downgrade it...

I'll discuss this with the team. I need to understand any of the technical and business implications for adding another region.
