Fixed search bar obscures text when scrolling to anchor.

When opening an anchor link e.g. https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/c6fd6bc4-7f75-4cbb-8f34-f7b99bfe2d50/#stubs , the fixed search bar hides the first couple lines of the subheading. Illustrated in this article https://css-tricks.com/fixed-headers-and-jump-links-the-solution-is-scroll-margin-top/
