[Suggestion] Custom releases

Hello,

Firstly, I greatly appreciate your effort. Thank you so much for reading this.

I do have a comment, which is more of a question. Would it be possible to provide additional release formats, such as A5 PDF (for printing two pages on a single A4), or better yet, to simplify or automate the build process to support more recent Pandoc versions, without relying directly on copied binaries, if possible?

Thanks, Yeah, I think I can release A5 format as well, though I'm afraid it would be small. Regarding build process... I agree it is not good and is based on old tools. I created these dependencies ~4 years ago when I was writing the first edition of this book and now I hesitate to change it. Probably I will stick to the way it works now and if one day I will start writing the third edition, I will update it. -Denis
