Installing Foggycam on Mac OS Mojave

Hi, I'm a relative novice when it comes to this type of thing, however I have setup HomeBridge on my mac and happily access my Nest Cams in the Home app on MacOS and IOS - to do this I installed ffmpeg etc. I am familiar with creating .json files etc and executing commands in the terminal but this is about the extent of my knowledge.

Would anyone be good enough to provide a simple, high-level guide advising how I get Foggy Cam up and running on my Mac? I live in the UK as I see this may have some impact on the configuration based upon the comments I've read on GitHub.

Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback @greztaylor - I am working on extending the documentation and putting together some video content to make it clearer how to use the tool.
