Get JavaDocs working with Kotlin

Currently, I'm submitting an empty JavaDoc JAR to fulfill Sonatype's requirements. Would be nice to get actual JavaDocs back again.

Maybe something like this: https://github.com/Kotlin/dokka if I can get it to create a JAR.
