feat(democratic-csi): extra controller containers

This pull request add the possibility to deploy additional container in the controller pod

this give additionnal container access to the csi socket file

Similar to https://github.com/democratic-csi/charts/pull/53

and allow using some tools like

https://github.com/fullstorydev/grpcurl

to interract with the grpc socket
