Inserter hand location not preserved

I'm using the Bobs mod inserters mod to let me change the inserter pickup and drop-off locations, and when I use the flip tool it's not preserving the hand locations.

Sure thing, this has a number of different modifications to the inserter options, some of them might need to be modified when flipping a blueprint.
