Several Issues

Jade Golems summoned by a minion should be summoned next to that minion.

Unlicensed Apothecary and Krul the Unshackled are tired of being joked about in the Underworld for lacking their Demon tags!

Unlicensed Apothecary has an unnecessary line: "requiredAttribute": "DEATHRATTLES".

If Unlicensed Apothecary is summoned by Krul's Battlecry, the Apothecary should trigger for each other Demon summoned by Krul.

Metastone seems to summon those Demons one at a time and at random, thus causing the Apothecary to solely trigger for those Demons randomly selected after it. This is also affecting the resulting board positions of the summoned Demons, which should match the order they had in hand.

I thought this issue was also relevant to any Murloc Tidecallers summoned by Finja, but after watching several videos it's clear that a Tidecaller will only trigger if it's the first minion summoned by Finja. Metastone handles this correctly.
- If Unlicensed Apothecary is summoned by Krul's Battlecry, it will incorrectly trigger off itself or Krul (I'm not sure which). The Apothecary correctly ignores itself when normally played, but maybe it doesn't when summoned through the "PutRandomMinionOnBoardSpell" command.
- Easy fixes. Just needs to have the summon added to it.
- Whoops... I'll get to it when I have time. Haven't had much for a while.
- Wtf? 4 + 5. Errr, this involves a new SummonAllOf class. Also, it requires a new summon() method to work correctly with it. There's a specific reason why it doesn't work.
