Count Child Entity Records - FetchXML Filter Option

Describe the bug Setting the FetchXML Filter (Child) to statecode eq 0 does not work. Is this the proper format?

To Reproduce put statecode eq 0 in the FetchXML Filter (Child) field have active and inactive child records the result is, all child records are counted regardless of statecode

Expected behavior Only count records according to the filter
