Import error

I'm trying to import the solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Version 1612 (9.0.6.9) (DB 9.0.6.9) on-premises - but get this error: error-crm

Any idea how to solve this?

I'm trying to import this into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 on premise version 9.0.19.8 on premise and I'm getting the same error. I tried a bunch of different releases and so far no luck... Any help?
