Android version and unavailable app

Open amelillo opened this issue 2 years ago • 4 comments

Hello, I tried to instal RF Analyzer from Play Store but it keeps telling me it's been created for a previous Android version so it's not available for my device. I see from the store that someone successfully runs it in an Oppo X8 which btw runs Android 15. I have a Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus running Android 10 with USB OTG up and running but The store doesn't let me install the app. Is it really incompatible or is Google Play wrong? Thanks!

The same thing is happening to me, I will look into it today and let you know if there is any possibility.

Android 15? That's not due to be released until next year. Is it Android 14 you are running?

I can vouch that the app runs fine with Android 13 on the Pixel 5 and Pixel 7 Pro. I will try updating to Android 14 and see if anything breaks.

Not me, it was a statement of the Play Store itself. Now I see that even the Oppo x8 is still due to release :-D though, if I try to install RF Analyzer from the play store it still refuses to do it, though I'm running Android 10 on my Lenovo Tab M10 Plus FHD. But I managed to install it via apk, so there must be something wrong with the Play Store itself. If I load its page it states it's unavailable for any of my devices. Moreover: if I look for the app directly from my tablet, the Play Store can't find it, though my pc can.

The same thing happened to me. I solved it by allowing installation from nazname sources and installing after downloading. You can download the app here. https://www.ok2hss.cz/HAM/Android/RF_Analyzer_1.13.apk It is RF A version 1.13
