transmit support

it would be nice if files could be transmitted with SDRs that support it.

+1. This would be a great benefit and set this App apart from others alike. RF Signals can already be recorded in a file and files can already by played back on screen. It would be nice to also support the HackRF transmit capability. Thanks in advance
