Forge Update

Why don't you update to latest recommended Forge or directly latest Forge for 1.12.2? i highly recommend you update to 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2836. There's no point with staying on 1.12-2443

I always test the built mod with the latest version of Forge for 1.12.2 but yeah, we're well past the point where compatibility with 1.12/1.12.1 matters at all. I'll bump on the next release.

Note that I just released 0.4.6 to fix an important bug; that one is still built against the old 1.12 Forge since I didn't want to risk any other change in it, but I'm still planning to bump Forge on the next "proper" release.
