[feature request] allow setting of dimension for Streams to spawn

Currently Streams only spawn in the Overworld, which has been fine up to now, but I'm now thinking of using Tropicraft, and the islands in that dimension are positively screaming out for flowing streams. Oddly the dimension folder uses the name "TROPICS" instead of the usual number.
