Prevent village buildings from generating on streams

When villages are generated, the buildings are placed as if there are no streams.

I don't know wether you can do something about it, as your mod doesn't touch village generation afaik. I'm also using RTG, maybe it can be handled better on their side.

I altered a few things with Geographicraft (bigger islands etc.), but the village and stream should be a few steps north of the spawn nonetheless.
