Suggestion: Add mouseover tooltip to the meters on the bottom

Hello! Just had the idea, so I thought I might as well suggest it -- feel free to close this outright if it's too trivial!

I was wondering if, when you hovered over the bars on the bottom, a little tooltip with the number of contributions to a certain repo could appear.

It would make it easier to tease out how many of my Pulls went to docs vs. houston-vscode, and so on.

Thanks for the idea Voxel! I don’t think I’d be opposed to this if someone wants to attempt a PR. The data is there already, currently in a screenreader-only text element.
