[BUG] Low performance when processing nested folders

Describe the bug / 问题描述 The file hider experiences a significant decrease in performance when processing a complex, nested file tree.
In the test scenario, it takes 120 seconds to process a nested file tree, but only 10 seconds to process a flattened one (with the same number of files and folders).
