Removed downloads from external folders seem to reappear (get re-downloaded). As a workaround, I sort the files by Date Modified so I can tell which one is the latest; then just let the program delete them in X days as specified in Options.

I just deleted all downloads from within the program rather than from Windows Explorer (looking at the external folders). That may have done the trick.
