subsequent taps on "Chats" should end search

with https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-ios/issues/2125, multiple taps on the "Chats" scroll up; the gist is esp. to get to the new messages if a badge counter is shown there.

in case one is in search mode, however, if you see a badge counter on the "Chats" tab, the layout scrolls up, but stays in search mode, so that the new messages are not visible most times

• whatsapp solves that by hiding the tabbar in searchmode - i do not think, this is a good idea, ux wise

i suggest to end "search mode" on subsequent taps on "Chats", and then scroll up
