this PR reduces the code complexitiy. We just always call refreshMessagees()/dc…Context.getChatMsgs() on DC_EVENT_MSGS_CHANGED, DC_EVENT_MSG_READ, DC_EVENT_MSG_DELIVERED and DC_EVENT_MSG_FAILED now.
