在语言为中文简体模式下，聊天内容以浏览器打开时，内容全部是乱码。。需要把编码手动调整为：utf-8，聊天内容本身的编码格式是GB18030

So this only happens in the in "open in browser" thing? If so i guess we need to change the encoding in the generated html to utf-8. The posted screenshot wondered me a bit as I think it's a mail client?
