Blocked mailing lists still notify

Blocked mailing lists or multi-recipient emails still notify even if the sender is blocked.

@r10s @link2xt @Hocuri @adbenitez I remember vaguely that this might a known issue?! I guess mailing lists and group chats need to be distinguished here. @snan just to make sure: do you mean by blocked muted or blocked as in an contact request?

In settings, this is on the iPad version of Delta Chat, 1.32.0, there is a "blocked contacts" list. Those still notify. This a separate from the "crossed over speaker" muted setting.

I have the "persistent" banner style of notifications.
