Update contribute section under community

Update the contribute section to:

• Update the number of contributors (and organizations) for each GitHub repo
• Missing repos: delta-examples, delta-docs (??)

Hi @tiwariParth - Yes, the numbers are not up to date. For example, on the Community page, delta has 192 contributors, but currently there are 266 contributors per Delta GitHub
