More subsystem-specific commands

This is a bit of a catch-all issue. We have a few subsystems that it would be interesting to research and create a few commands that would be helpful for debugging. The current list of subsystems that I had in mind is listed below, I'd be more than happy to add more that are suggested.

  • vfs
  • iscsi
  • nfs
  • anything tcp/ip-related
  • vmxnet3s, xnf, and whatever Azure uses for network drivers
