Omnia template failed due to timeout issue in AWX

Describe the bug deploy_omnia_template is getting stuck & crash for 5+ node cluster deployment and abort with omnia template status as error. The issue is reported by awx 12129

To Reproduce Launch deploy_omnia_template in AWX for more than 5+ node cluster

Expected behavior deploy_omnia_template should run without any errors in AWX for larger cluster
