[FEATURE]: Add version option in KARAVICTL

Describe the solution you'd like Add a kavarictl version to check the version of the binary as well as the service similar to what kubectl version does.

Describe alternatives you've considered Right now, I have an error from the command line but I cannot say if this is due to an incompatible version of the binary versus the karavi service.
