[FEATURE]: Simplify the CSM Operator deployment

Describe the solution you'd like Kubernetes admin must be able to deploy CSM with a simple and minimal manifest file and be able to manage day 2 operations by making small and incremental changes to the manifest file. This implementation will be done on the existing CSM Operator CRD.
