[FEATURE]: Consolidate documentation with tabs

When documentation is required for each driver, such as this Observability section, the page is "noisy" when we list the steps for each driver.

Instead, we can utilize tabs like this Kubernetes documentation where tabs are used for different scenarios. We can have a similar, consolidated view to make the documentation easier to consume.
