[FEATURE]: Add Platform Specific Replication Architecture Documents

PowerFlex architecture is missing. Because of this, the expected behavior for each replication supported action is not clear. For instance, given it is an Asynchronous array and allowed read only on one side at a time, documented behavior expectations when when running supported actions using repctl tool would help.
