Downloading the OpenManage Support Enterprise Plugin fails

When done without any modification to OME the download fails with the attached info.

It looks like you have to add a repository (I used the online Dell repo) manually, make sure it's up to date, and then pull.

Maybe we can find a way to make this more clear?
