Update the Invoke-DiscoverDevice Python/PowerShell scripts to work for storage device discovery

I haven't done as much with Dell storage but I noticed the credentials seem to be the same as they are for a network device. I suspect this is not correct:

I saw we don't actually include it as an option, but it is there in the discovery payload.
