Offline Documentation Generation

Hello, I have been scrolling through the issues and have (surprisingly) not found this addressed. Is there no means to generate the documentation without deployment? Understandable if not/there are limitations, but it would be significantly more convenient.

+1 While I'm still concern 100% offline might not be feasible... is there a way to quickly upload just the API Gateway resources? This way we can generate quickly the documentation (even if it is online, the whole sls deploy process can take up to 10 minutes). Looking forward for a way to quickly generating the docs (particularly verifying it is correct)
