API Gateway/Lambda documentation overwrite

Hello, I am faced with the problem of overwriting documentation. I have several serverless.yml files which used to create different Api Gateway resources and corresponding Lambdas. When I deploy them one by one, only documentation from the last serverless.yml stays in place. However, I see all models from all .yml files. Could you please help?

It would be nice if this issue is fixed because I am also facing same issue. has anyone find a work around for this issue?
