as someone who works on support team, it will be nice know:

• what version of proteus was used for plan, apply, and any other model of execution.
• what branch and name of repository of terraform repository was executed
• show first 3 bytes of CLOUDFLARE_API_KEY + show everything for CLOUDFLARE_EMAIL
• show what is current state of saml2aws at the moment terraform was executed

this reduces a lot of interactions with the user, making it faster when helping him to troubleshoot his problem.
