Update NPM package

Hey,

just wanted to ask if you guys could update the NPM package? The version is still stuck on 4.3.10 while the development continued and the latest version on NuGet is already 5.1.8.

We're looking into improving our build setup, such that NPM packages are automatically updated. As far as I know, the current NPM package is also faulty, so I would still use the nuget package until we have fixed it.
