this device does advertise support for the boot mouse protocol, but if we send a Set_Protocol to switch from report protocol to boot protocol, the switch succeeds but no more reports are ever sent. cool.

that our firmware doesn’t do that yet is a bug (#19), but even once we fix that, we’ll need proper report protocol parsing to make this mouse work.
