install wizard on first boot

It would be really cool if hippo had an install wizard during first boot. That way configuration could be set by the user in a form. This would be great for things like

• administrator account details
• listening port for hippo/YARP
• database connection details
• Which scheduler implementation to use

This could be overridden if an initial appsettings file is presented at boot for automation scenarios, but this would provide an easier out-of-the-box experience.
