add a project logo
Bindle doesn't have a project logo/icon, so I took a pass at making one for folks to review

Also, my personal favorite (not that it matters) is the dark mode version with the dark blue
@thomastaylor312 We found that the dark one didn't work on the VS Code extensions page. But then the white one didn't work in the VS Code marketplace web page. So we'll need either:
- Have the logo in multiple colours: for on dark, for on white and 'works on any background'; or
- Put an outline or shape around it, and have the logo contrast with that (e.g. white rounded rectangle around black/blue logo); or
- Some other clever trick that designers know about but I don't
