to use this integration do I need to delete devices from ConnectLife app?

I have 4 Hisense AC units none of which are recognised by the current Hisense integration for HA. one unit is the portable AC/Heat Pump Model - HAP55021HR1W Three are window AC units Model - AW0822CW1W They are all newer units so I assume they might work with the AirCon integration. I currently have them working in the ConnectLife app. Do I need to delete them from the app and then install one of the supported AirConn apps, connect them to the new app so that they will (may) work with the AirCon integration. If so Do you recommend any specific app over the other, I see that there are quite a few listed. Thanks for any help in advance.
