Need to send twice command for change HVAC mode

Hi, Starting from AC not powered, previously turned off with HVAC mode = 'fan_only' If I turn on the AC, setting up a different HVAC mode, it always turn on with the previous one mode. I need to send again the command in order to apply the new mode This occurs only when I change the HVAC mode starting from AC not powered

Even in automations of Home Assistant, I need to call the service 'set_hvac_mode' twice, using a timeout between them
