Jquery datepicker not appearing in modal

Hi,

The Jquery ui datepicker control will not appear in the modal form. Apparently this is a common problem too when using the regular version of these control. Is there a suitable workaround when using your gem? I'm btw using a gem version version of the datepicker too. https://github.com/albertopq/jquery_datepicker.

For whoever happens to stumble onto this issue, you have to force some z-index. Painful.
