E2E specs

Barcelona's primary role is to make AWS APIs to manage AWS resources but the current tests don't have E2E specs which checks if calling AWS API works as expected. To make sure that barcelona works with AWS API, we need to have E2E specs. E2E specs are time-consuming and also costs money so the specs are not intended to run each CI cycle but each release cycle.
