Upvoting, this would be very useful to have as standard.
Here it is https://github.com/ailisp/Graphic-Forms Graphic-forms makes very elegant to write UI, it already has classes for many widgets. However, FTW has *many* more examples and, unlike G-F, works right away.
@allchemist, Lucerne by default it will use huntchentoot as the underlying server, which is very mature, so I wouldn't worry too much!

Will this pull request be incorporated into the master? (It appears OPEN here) This problem stops ironclad from compiling, which in turn breaks Clack/Lack (IMO an important library) from compiling....
