The badge no longer works, even on this repo! Visiting the Heroku website says "No such app". What went wrong? This was one of my favorite badges!

Same issue here, and no reply from @defunctzombie in about two years... I'm removing this badge from my https://github.com/Naereen/badges list of badges.
