Yeah @jumpkick please do, currently this preview is broken unless you edit your Atom's styles.less file.

@zigomir @Atry it's been quite some time since the package maintainer's last activity. I hope he is well(!)

Because I badly needed a working interactive graphviz editor I've created an alternative. It solves most of graphviz-preview's issues (including this one) and adds some features: sverweij/atom-graphviz-preview-plus - published about 10 days ago on atom.io. Give it a spin and let me know if it works for you.
