Describe what should be investigated or refactored

Excellent examples is a fundamental part of Pepr as it is used to test new images against a battery of e2e tests. However, there is currently no CI testing that the e2e tests should pass on a current Pepr release. This could lead to tests failing not because of a Pepr bug but because of bugs in the tests. As excellent examples grow we need CI to ensure new code will pass.
