@Macaquinyo this SBC is little underpowered. Use Patriot low voltage P300p 256gb NVME for best compatibility HikVision didn't work for me

Weird this git clone didn't throw any errors using same compile command as above. Previously I used `wget https://netlib.org/scalapack/#_scalapack_version_2_2_0`

I have a [similar issue](https://github.com/Joshua-Riek/ubuntu-rockchip/issues/1041) with OPi3b using `rk817` codec only on vendor kernel. Everything works great on mainline. Perhaps people here can give me pointers as well.
