No, that was another repro from Nice. Maybe we need his config or find out what he's doing special :D

I'm not sure. I guess I had set Vulkan previously before you removed it and it stayed. Thus I was confused when looking at my settings.

Don't think that helps much personally. There can always be creative wordings that are not blocked.

Streamers can use /dnd or cl_showchat 0
